We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our fast-growing e-commerce startup. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent administrative support, coordinate sales activities, and assist in customer relationship management. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably in an e-commerce or startup environment.
● Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
● Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer data and sales processes.
● Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales channels is highly desirable.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
● Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

- Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, tracking, and delivery of products/services.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and customer requests promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales reports.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining sales records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics to track sales activities and provide insights to the management team.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
